Why is this a 'C' Revision

There Have been some improvements to the site, but:

1. There is not a lot of 'meat' in the tutorial: It could do a better job explaining what a byte is.
2. The English used could still use some improvement
3. There are no Graphic Aids
4. The Questions asked tend to be somewhat trivial
5. The references, while OK, do not explain what will be found it you go to the site.
