Group Project Registration Form

You MUST register your group and ALL of your group members by the date listed on the Course Schedule. Failure to do so will result in a 1-point deduction from your grade (Each of your grades). Please register only once (Select one group member (ONLY) to register for the entire group). You will receive confirmation of registration if everything went OK.

Check the Course Schedule for Due Dates.

Register your Group's Name. Keep it clean, and keep it between 3 and 15 Characters in length:

Note: The Date and Time Submitted will be saved on the form
