Why would I grade this as a 'C' Tutorial??

1. It barely covers my lecture slides (maybe not even)
2. It is clearly written, but not very informative
3. It includes no visual aids
4. It includes only reference
5. It includes only 1 non-trivial (debatable) Multiple Choice question (with answer)
6. It includes a single trivial Short Answer Questions (with answer)
7. Mostly, though, IT IS REALLY BORING AND NOT VERY INFORMATIVE
