TA Responsibilities

You are to perform the following Activities by the Dates indicated:

Prepare your Assignment Schedule
  For each day of the week, for the entire semester, based on the responsibilities listed below, you are to outline all of the activities and due dates
  Each week thereafter, you are to submit your progress statement and any revisions that might occur

Enter Student Pseudonyms:
  Match Student Names with pseudonyms; add pseudonyms
  Make sure to add E-Mail addresses with hyperlinks
  • Make sure to give the student an Oracle Account/Password
  • Make sure to add the Oracle Account Name/Password
  If name is not on list, add it
bulletSee Course Schedule: At 5:00 on the date due, enter the Pseudonyms and give full (1 pt) credit; Check three (3) Class days later; if New submissions, enter and allow 1/2 pt.; Check each week afterward: If new, enter but do NOT give credit
Enter Student Pictures:
  You will accompany me to class, if possible, and take the student pictures, or you will receive the pictures from me. Either way, you will add them to the Students Page.

Enter Student Biographies:
  Match Student Biographies using their Pseudonyms
  If they have indicated that their email addresses can be published, include them

Enter Student Question Submissions:
  Match Student submissions using their Pseudonyms
 • If it is a MC Question, Enter it 1st in the appropriate Word file, and then ASCII file containing the MC Questions, an then on the web-page file; Make sure to establish all the hyperlinks
 • If it is a Short-Answer Question, Enter it 1st in the appropriate Word file, and then on the web-page; Make sure to establish all the hyperlinks

Enter Student Reference Submissions:
  Match Student submissions using their Pseudonyms
 • Enter the Link in the appropriate link field
 • Enter the student description in the appropriate field

Initial Project:
 Students will submit their initial projects directly to you via email
 • You will grade them according to the answers I give you
 • You have 3 class days to grade them

 • You will grade them according to the answers I give you
 • You have 3 class days to grade them
