Why would I grade this as a 'C' Tutorial??
(I'm actually being EXTREMELY generous giving it a 'C')

1. It covers nothing more than is found in my lecture slides (maybe less)
2. Someone reading it might understand what a bit is, but will not get much more from it.
3. It includes a few visual aids (but not many)
4. It includes a single reference
5. It includes only 1 trivial Multiple Choice question (with answer)
6. IT ONLY includes NO Short Answer Questions
