Good_Points

The best part of the course was being able to learn something new (C/C++), and having not to spend $100s in books.

Bad_Points

The bad part of the course is that if it wasn't for the C/C++ part, the class would have been better. Going from COBAL to this was hard to adjust too.

To better the course, I think there should be a course before this one that introduces C\C++. Sad, but a true fact, is that not every student went through the hardship of putting code together like I did. Many just waited for a classmate to do it and then copy off of them. Having a class prior to this one, could eliminate this.

Good_Points

I enjoyed the corse overall. It was very informative and I know I came away with a strong understanding on data structures.

Bad_Points

It was hard to follow the lecture sometimes. It had to be reinforced with the reading of the supplementary material.

There were a numbser of errors on the test bank that threw me off when studying for the tests.

Good_Points

The best part of this course had to be the fact that I was able to make a program without having to use COBAL. C++ will be very helpful to me in the future.

Bad_Points

The bad part of this course is that it was hard to tell when assignments were due, just by looking at the course schedule.

Overall this course was good, the only part that needs to be improved is the course website, it has many different headings and sub-headings so therefor it is easy to become lost and not find what you are looking for.

the last quiz was pretty fun, i liked working with that material, program three and four was good hands on work for me.

Bad_Points

going to class was testing sometimes, i was lost,l but when i go over the material outside of class i get it better.
