You MUST submit the following information to me by the Date given in the Course Schedule. Failure to do so by the date due will result in a 0 (Zero) for Assignment 1. I will use this information to send you your Oracle Username and Password. If you don't send me the information, I can't send you the information. Check the Due Date given on the Course Schedule.

Last Name    Capitalize the 1st Letter of YOUR Last Name
First Name   Capitalize the 1st Letter of YOUR First Name
SSN    Fill in the Information as 123-45-6789
E-mail   Enter your full E-mail Address

Finally, provide your Pseudonym for grade posting/form entering purposes:

NOTE: Keep it clean! I will NOT accept any profane pseudonym, IN ANY LANGUAGE.

Pseudonym   This is something only you and I will know

NOTE that not only will your grades be posted by your pseudonym, but all of your submissions will be made by your pseudonym. If you forget or misuse your pseudonym, you will not get any points for your submissions. In other words DO NOT FORGET OR MISSPELL YOU PSEUDONYM ON YOUR SUBMISSIONS!
