Referee Outline Submissions

For EACH Outline to be Refereed, you MUST submit the following Form. Each of the evaluation areas and rating schemes are described in detail in the Outline Refereeing Page. Please refer to that page if you have any questions. Check the Course Schedule fo Due Dates

Address the Area of Topic Interest. Please enter your comments about how interesting you think the topic is. Enter your comments about the outline in the space provided Below (10 Characters Minimum; Cut and Paste is recommended):

RATE the outline in terms of TOPIC INTEREST:

   (1 through 9; 1 = Very Poor, 5 = Average, 9 = Perfect; Refer to the Outline Refereeing Page for more details).

Address the Area of Topic Definition. Please enter your comments about how Definitive you think the topic is (i.e., "Does the outline try and do too Much?? Does it try and do too little?? Is it appropriate??"). Enter your comments about the outline in the space provided Below (Cut and Paste is recommended):

   (1 through 9; 1 = Loaded with Deficiences, 5 = Average, 9 = Absolutely No Decifiencies; Refer to the Outline Refereeing Page for more details).

Address the Area of Outline Improvement (required). This area does NOT involve rating. However, we all want feedback on what we have done. This is where you enter comments about how the submitter might go about improving there outline. You might feel that the outline is terrible. You can let the author know this, BUT ONLY IF YOU SUBMIT COMMENTS THAT WILL ASSIST THE AUTHOR IN IMPROVING THEIR OUTLINE. Just think of the comments you would appreciate on your outline (That DOES NOT MEAN THEY SHOULD ALL BE PRAISES; NO ONE has a perfect outline).
