Refereeing

Refereeing is an extremely important component of this course. It is extremely important that you keep on schedule, which is the rationale for these submissions. For each of the two papers you will be asked to review, you are to make three submissions:

1.   Paper outline
2.   Rough Draft
3.   Final Paper
